Also have it on mp3 as the ringtone on my S700.
The cd single is released through Incentive music limited in 2003. Distributed in the UK by Universal Music.

@meths. me, ananrak......... nah matey. all that was on the back of the cd case. posted all the info in case you wanted to buy the cd from a shop or online store as on some sites you can search for an item by using its product code/serial number. i'm at work until 5pm. hopefully i can get a copy of the cd sorted when i get home.
