....that message comes up.then start in safe mode option comes up...clicking it leads to shutting the game.

k these r the games i checked out on my laptop, GTR 2 racing---- whoa amazing simulation (NOT NFS arcade) and its smooth on the highest setting yay i love it.
call of duty 2, again smooth on highest setting, good game especially when played on LAN, far better than Counter strike.
GTA whichever one si the latest works well too, though im a bit bored of the game
currently installlin HItman blood money and burning a dvd plus watchin the Jon Stewart show and got a couple of IE windows open and so far its all goin well, my hp wud have crashed long time back for these tasks. whooo

intel chips do not support pop1 ...so i got no option but to transfer the game to my laptop and play it.

Try AOE III on highest settings...if it runs that...you've spent money wisely

It would,its has TWIMTBP. F.E.A.R is something thats a benchmark currently and anyone checked out
Alan Wake,it looks amazing when shown at idf and intrestingly it will need at least a dual core for running it smoothly and quad core is what it need.Games are starting to exploit the multicore potential.
