@shyam the guy at the dell forum has got more or less the same prob as me, but my prob exists in all folders that contain pics, and he'd got a write error while i got a read error

@sanjcher: Lambo is already in india. Saw a yellow gallarado at le meridien (was brought in as part of the pune festival)
Also, there was a "Bike, India" issue where they pitted the gallarado against a Kawasaki ZX-10 on the roads of delhi

@all shall i open up my laptop and remove and insert the ram modules myself (if it doesnt void the warranty) or call dell ppl, so that they can correct the problem
@whiz sent my service tag and express code by pm
as san said, i had to be on a looong hold if i call dell, so i'll just mail them. Btw dell hires wipro ppl to do their service and stuff

not necessarily....looks like your call got routed to wipro coincidentally ...each time you called....dell has multiple support vendors...wipro, sitel, sutherland, stream....to name a few
