"Kilmarnock" and "fun night out" are not phrases I think of using in the same sentence! How's your new flat? What area is it?

Nah kilmarnock is crap, usually go to Ayr for a good night, its so much better. Its actually in Newmilns. I live in Galston anyway, so its only a hop down the road.

I always find village life a bit on the quiet side but out Darvel way isn't so bad. Let's face it, it's not Kilmaurs (ar*e end of the universe)! Are the buses etc any good?

yeah i used to live in Darvel, or to be more exact, Priestland. I couldnt live in kilmarnock itself, i definately like the village life. Buses every ten minutes so its cushty. Kilmaurs has a bad "ned" problem, but its slowly being improved. Not bad actually, if you stay away from the train station at night. Stewarton is overrun with goths, as is galston.
