yep i got the win xp cd's + dell media direct cd along with other stuff. Wasnt charged separately for it though.
@san you already gave me the link and i still got it. thanks
but doesnt doing a fresh install damage media direct? Meaning the cd i got is just the repair disc and not an installation one

hey niru chk out the link i sent, it has instructions on how to repair media direct (its a seperate partition bout 47mb) so as long as u dont delete it while installin windows u will be fine. have fun doin it n if u need ne help lemme kno, as i just did it few days back.
