the question is, do you have the patience to wait? cause even though the products will be announced may 28th, your probably going to have to wait a few months before its available. my guess would be that idou or whatever the real name will be won't be available till oct/nov.

Well, unless a new XPERIA is announced, I don't see why you shouldn't. But as the guys here said, it will be some time before it arrives in stores, even if such a thing does get announced.
The X1 is still a great device.

I dont mind waiting tbh, if it means me spending less money, id rathe not buy an x1 now for £400 then purchase a se **** for £400 in October

EDIT 2: Alma could be Elle (T707) too. They sound very similar.
