@arnold: as to PLDT being sold to a rival, still doesn't follow. The buyer of PLDT and/or Boni Land is not DGTL or Robinson's Land. So techincally, it's not competition. However it is a foot in the door of both companies. So should the sale push thru, he can for instance fold DGTL into PLDT in the future if he wishes.

@arnold/dan/pogs: No need to offer it to NTT or Tony Boy Cojuangco for right of first refusal. What JG and FirstPac did, parang nag-reorganize lang from the top level. In other words, parang naging partner ng FirstPac and JG.
