Hmm, only a couple days to go. Either they're doing a fantastic job of keeping the Premium under wraps, or there's nothing new coming.
So this Zackbuks person who mentioned something about Monday, can anyone provide more info on who they are? Are they a known leaker? Have their provided reliable info in the past?
You'd think if something big were coming then some of the other known leakers would have mentioned something by now...

xz2 will be officially launched in Beijing on April 17.
i doubt if there will be any more suprize , these sony style covers @german shopping sites would be a little weird if the phone is six months away.

Looks like it's just meant to be a generic representation of smartphones to illustrate Sony's sensors being everywhere.

Odd, no login needed for me.
It's just a general Sony event where they showcase all of their various products and mobile are one of them. I posted the text under that photo above, it's not meant to showcase a new Sony phone but instead showcase Sony imaging sensors in smartphones as a whole.

The weibo link is an promo for a Sony pop-up event in Chengdu (not Beijing). I've been to the building where the event will be, quite a trendy area of town. Watched a cosplay girl filming for a video game whilst I had lunch.

I'm curious, Huawei showed off the p20 pro and it's camera around Paris where there's tons of great photo experiences. Could Sony have chosen Beijing for the same reason to demo their new camera?
