We live in india dude. I will challenge them to go to court! Nobody goes to court over small issues.And why wud they try to get negative publicity?By the way the case date will come after my death,And i am not scared of them! Tell me is your windows original? Did bill gates come to sue u? Shall i tell him? R u scared? We don't use original softwares do we? We'll be bankrupt. If we get scared of such small things,its hard to live man! And there's no need to advertise airtel's free gprs,if it gets out of their hand they might jus remove airtel live(free) service

And speaking of legal and illegal stuff,we all know wat they do in court! These lawyers prove 1+1=11 ! And spartan is right. We have technology and we r usin it to the max. Airtel has provided the technology. If they dont want us to use why have they provided? And they hav better things at hand to do than suing their clients for a couple of bucks and pay the lawyer thousands of bucks!

Speakin of suing,airtel messenger has a big flaw in it.Airtel can get into a lot of trouble if somebody takes action against them for not protectin people's privacy

I don't have any problems with Yahoo Messenger. All functions are working well. Now a days, I have started downloading files at late night as I don't get proxy error.
About the hacking issue, I would like to say we are not using this in illegal method. Airtel itself is responsible for this. So guys, don't worry and use it till it lasts. ronny is 100% right. Take the example of Windows and its softwares. 95% of the softwares installed on my computer are pirated.
