Yeah, certain models are.
I was there last summer, and I know that in every shop there were promo packs with ericsson models, and regular prices were not high at all either. I don't know how much it was exactly but a T65 (sim free, unlocked) costed about half as much (guess about 125 €) as one in Belgium at that time.
Of course this varies from shop to shop.
And another thing I noticed, i hardly saw any Nokias
But i did spot a lot of ericsson users
