Yep, this is the bug back from R5 firmware!!! Have the same! Strangely however, not everybody got that. So this is really strange this time!

Maybe you have a problem with the jog dial.
Try it with the d-pad:
> * << * < *

It's true, sometimes when you want to access the service menu with FC, nothing happens. But it always works with FO, at least for me

Either it's a bug or SE updates the same fw for very minor issues?

Jog dial up * jog dial down jog dial down * jog dial down *
make sure you jog dial one notch only. i had the same problem before.
