It sure seem to run an enhanced Java framework (Capuchin). The software platform it runns on is however still A200.

Well but I don't try it with W995 because I didn't get any bluetooth headset at this time.
sorry about file types too, I'm a bit lazy to find out what they more supported with other formats, most of my content has decent mp3 for music and I has convert video to decent mp4 for mobile with any video converter totally damn fine for me.
about restart itself when time W995 stay with me almost 3 weeks
always on operation, close only some optimize charging.
very stable no restart itself at all [R1DB013 090209 SE]
A2 uploader I don't have a clue at all I'm not interesting about this one sorry.

sorry for firing all those.bec i pissed off with w910i,k850i buggy s/w
so many restarts, big lag.
w910i was advertised as music centric but music via bluetooth headset made it lags a lot lot...loud speker suks.... bad keypad. crappy cam.
thats i wanted a ultimated phone for compromised music and image.
there is no phone that compromise music image gaming from SE
where as nokia goes with stereo spkrs,N-Gage,Carl Zeiss,3.5mm all in one though whatever the quality. but i can't go to nokia.
i wanted w995 to be ultimate for me. that satisfies most of the things Except symbian.
last question.
1. is there any audio video sync issue when playing video files generally,also if u auto rotate when playing videos???
