those mediatek chip doesn't really look that interesting anymore after tegra X1 announced, might have been more popular last quarter, looks like it doesn't support LDDR4 neither. Heard the GPU is weak, it doesnt support image processing pass 20 MP? Overall, probably better as a mid range device SoC.

The only feature I'm really missing in Qualcomm 810 compared to MediaTek, is the insane slow mo at higher resolution...
That MT6795 chip can handle 480fps 1080p !!
See that 480fps how it looks, the funny thing about it, is that 480fps with that chip will only work with specific Sony sensors

Same as the chances of the next handsets being SD810.
SD810 == 64-bit
Android 5.0 == 64-bit compatible

Unless I missed the boat I don't even think there are any major apps/programs for iOS8 that take advantage of the 64bit set up and that's been available for well over a year now.

not really, Apple hardware didnt even design to take advantage of 4+ gb ram support from 64 bit...
