Sony is the most delayed OEM when it comes to releasing flagship phones-

I really hope they work on this issue. They need to speed things up. Although I can understand this time the blame is on qualcomm and samsung semiconductor for unable to produce more sd835 they still need to work things out. Just don't announce thing so quickly if you are not going to release it within a month.

josephnero - did you preorder @ clove too? i hope clove actually gets stock on the 22nd. their website still says 1st week of june and with just 2 weeks to go, they haven't sent out any of those order confirmation emails to ask whether we want to move forward with our preorder...
@atom-bomb - i really dislike benchmark tests. from those tests you would conclude that the XZs is 50% slower than the S8, when we've already seen conclusive proof through video speed test comparisons that it keeps pace or even destroys the S8 in real life usage scenarios, with only games being the only one where it slightly lags behind (but that's understandable given the older chipset). I would imagine the XZP with 835 will make S8 look slow and old. if the XZs can best it, then XZP should be able to do the same or better. These benchmarks do not tell the whole story for sure.

In a quick update, feels very expensive, even more so than the S8. Software isn't final but it flies and the camera is a decent step up from my XZ. I can't get any samples unfortunately but do take my word for it. Oh and that screen is to die for. I'll update more later on or tomorrow if I get a chance.
