Well, it's the European elections today in the UK, I've been and voted! I didn't see many other people at the polling station though - may have been the time I went (when most people are at work), or there aren't that many people bothering to vote!
@boto - I hope that England wins - although of course I am a bit biased there! I'm also hoping that the Czechs do well, as I've got them in a sweepstake! I suspect it's going to be between the French, possibly Spain, and Portugal may do well, as they are on home turf, and could be the dark horses of the championships.

What percentage of ppl took a part in the elections in UK and Holand?Have you known it yet?
Which parties has taken a win?I mean leftist or rightist

Just seen a bit on the euro election on TV - it said that the UK voting was up on the last round (about 44.6% for these elections), and down across the rest of Europe, with the turnout in the newest members really low - sometimes only 10%!
It said as well that the parties in power are doing badly - with people voting for the minority parties. Apparently the centre left have done well, with the centre-right doing almost as well.
