Hey im from sydney. Anyone know where i can find a service center. Wat is the advantage of updating the firmware and will you lose all you pictures and tones?does it cost? Also do they sell housing cases for k700 anywhere trying to find them with no luck.

usually a month or two after the EU. if the EU gets a phone at the start of Q3 2005, then don't expect it here until the end of Q3 or start Q4.
although the mobile market in australia is generally early at adopting new technology, it's relatively small and so less important than the EU, north america and china. one advantage though is that mobiles generally get a good going-over OS before reaching our shores, and so in theory are well tested and less buggy.
