oh and btw.. sitel and clientlogic have merged.. we havent accquired them
(we couldnt afford them..lol) btw, read the last line on those huge posters on the campus abt the update? the last line reads "the future looks promising", am planning to add a '?' at the end, to make it sound "the future looks promising?" ROFL

@mrao : in my process, training normally happens between 8:00-14:00 hrs.. very rarely do i do a nite shift
