Also need help with extreme sunny day..the picture has some kind of hazy tint even when sun is on my back like this one

There is no way the sun is at your back on this one. Look at the shadow from the fence.
Also, go slow when taking photos. Give the phone time to really meter the light. Frame your shot, press the shutter halfway down, let the target turn green(focused), then press fully.

some K850 (depending of the which firmware and which branding you using) needs document often to get this sharp pictures.
