That's best news I've heard in a while. I'm expecting mario2002 to come up here and trash it. I'll be checking out that file later.

@ The Kryptik One,
Yeah, Murphy's Law indeed...not compounded by kryptitis-insomnia,perhaps?...I see you were on the forum's 'Graveyard Shift' last night again.
Good luck with the home loan application,if you're in any condition to get out of bed later.

Hehehe, the insomnia always gets to me. Things are rapidly falling into place re: my prospective purchase. More has been achieved telephonically in an hour than weeks' worth of physical scurrying about.
On the subject of Opera Mini now allowing downloads, it appears that it's specifically intended for S40 phones. I tried downloading from both sites mentioned, and the app subsequently sat there staring at me with its baleful little eyes.
I've been using NetFront almost exclusively, and it appears that Mario was correct, it stomps Opera Full's butt indeed.

Just got back from the Cape Town Film Expo, apart from seeing Nicky Greenwall and some nice equipment I also got to play with the W800i at the CelluCity stand. Their sales rep told me the phone is being released next week.

@Brix, MsGreenwall really is something else, hmmm. Any African productions which have caught your fancy thus far at the expo?

@Kryptik: It was mostly a show dealing with the production side of the business...Sony was there with some awesome equipment like the HDV camera that shoots movie quality video for under R30 000.
Apple was also there displaying their editing suite( forgot what it's called) and suprisingly MTN were there...running their Apple PowerBook laptops off an iBurst connection.
I used to be a fan of Nicky but somehow she just doesn't do it for me anymore.

LOL@Tahir...that's only way to get you talking...just mention MTN is messing up. The reason they were using iBurst might be due to the fact that their 3G data card is incompatible with the Apple iBook.

For MTN to use IBURST is misleading
