i think that you need a 3G connection for downloads that size. normal GPRS would just take too long and be too costly. think it's stated there somewhere on the SE site.
note: nothing new on SEUS as yet. still on R1JG

I think this is true. Even when you try to download 500kB file FunandDownload say that you may need 3G. I bet with more than 1MB SE may not allowed it to be downloaded with gprs.

what firmware are you on? and what exactly is the error message shown, or did the connection just terminate itself?
if the connection automatically terminated, maybe you can switch regions in your fun and downloads profile, and try downloading from another region's portal?

Can you let me know what network you are on.
Alot of the downloads are network dependent and not phone related.
Certain Networks have part garden walls.
A Garden wall is whenthey will only let you look an do what they want.

Hi Andre,
I am on SMART 3G and I can't download the Spider-man 3 trailer. Gives me the ff error:
"Selected file contains errors and cannot be downloaded."
I also tried via BT PAN pass through and I get the same error.
Could be a problem on SE's site.

i guess so ....maybe the site is damaged...i got that same result as you did...i just thought that im the only one with that problem...thanks for the help guys

the k810 has already been launched in certain countries, like Hong Kong. you can also get the official k810 contents from the fun and downloads site as of now.
