Another thing I notice when using raiderski 6.6.3 EM mode flash off and infinity compare to Withan V3/S3 rev1 Twilight Landscape though both are using ISO 100 with 2S shutter speed withan is still longer and produces lesser noise IMO
Why???

Hm. I think the second pic clearly shows the chimney is covered by bricks. But as you say, it's made of concrete at the core ( perhaps a cost-issue ? ).

6.6.4 [2009-09-29]
- auto ISO 80 replaced by ISO 100 to minimize vertical stripes issue in red channel
works well in most situations without any loss of quality due to higher ISO
one thing to note: activated AE Lock function (+2.0) still uses ISO 80
