Geez, people don't read the thread... 038 is for branded phones only and can not be updated through SEUS unless you have a 29/37 version on your phone from one of the companies that carries 38 version. I reflashed anyway through davinci ($15) from generic china 37 to 38 T-mobile UK international (I am in the U.S.) and its much more responsive and the camera seems slightly better but nothing to brag about. The battery life however dropped significantly, but i charge every night anyway and it's more than enough for a day. I would trade battery life for responsiveness, but to each is own.
I hope the new version comes out on davinci since its on EMMA already...
