Hi guys!
I downloaded the best acoustics profile but I haven't tried it yet. I am currently just using the W810 farfield files and they seemed to increase the sound upon start up etc.. I just wanted to ask what do all these files represent sound wise, ie: PHF stand for Portable hands free I think.. because if I transfer all the files I wouldn't know what to listen out for to compare!

Hi Monggose
U are right mate The best_acoustic files are not the best in real .I gues the farfield_play increase the speaker response but when u play a song it happened like this that whenever the vocals or beats come in the song the treble goes fade out and there is no beats or bass the treble goes well its like fading
I only figured out that the handset_0_call.aef is worth it as it really increase the calll volume
I like the farfield _play but can we make some modifications to it so the song play well not fades out .Its qiute loud i guess than the w810 farfield as well.

Hi, I had problem with volume of
ear speaker ("call" speaker), very quite in car for example. I think many people have this problem. I found the right file - "handset_0_call.apf" and then mod them:
- backup and then delete "handset_0_call.apf" (exist always) and delete "handset_0_call.aec" (if exists) from ifssettingsacoustic
- copy over modded "handset_0_call.apf" from the folder to ifssettingsacoustic

Loudness is cool & sound acceptable, problem is solved for me

Bono.bel:
Restore your original files. Naturally, you would have backed up your old files first. If you really want to know which file causes the echo you perceive try testing each one of the five files that are different in the "best_acoustic" driver set. FYI they are: BT_HBH-65_call.apf, Farfield_play.apf, Farfield_ring.apf, handset_0_call.apf and notedoub.cfg.
