I've just noticed in my network settings it say both BIS and BES are not connected? Should one be connected? I thought the BIS should of been? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

and at only $114 seems like a bargain to me.. only downside is.. they only do it in the US...which is a shame as I'd like to send mine in to make it pink....

NOW you have a problem!

YES Either BIS/BES should be connected. Were are you looking at this information? Are you looking in Options> Mobile Networks> Diagnostics > RUN?

You're email address SHOULD be listed as connected. If you're looking in this screen and its not then either you have a network issues - wrong data account/network outtage (take note, here in the USA many providers tier BB data plans as BIS or BES not a combo of the two).

I think I put a screenshot long ago in the early pages of this thread.

just wondering what type of date add-on i need? can i just add web & walk and use that? or do i need something else?

You need a t-mobile blackberry data plan which is £10 per month and you get 50mb of data... or its £5 a month extra if you have web n walk...
