oh i see, my mistake, not sure if this is another common problem, but doesn't make sense that this should be happening...not like i'm very hard on the phone either

yes, that is the timeline he gave me, and that is how much he said it would cost. he said rental phones aren't covered under warantee and that the other 50 is for shipping and handling. i find this ridiculous. i'm contemplating just purchasing a new phone considering i will be paying $200 and will be out a phone for 4-8 months...

On the W580, is there anyway to set it up so that when I close and then open the screen, I am back on the main screen? In other words, I don't want it to remember where I was.
Another question: is there an "end" button, so I can get back to main screen with one press?

I can't find an answer to my question so sorry if I am repeating others.
But has any one worked out a way to play tracks on an album in order yet?
Is there some software update that fixes the problem? Or some numbering technique?
I have seen some older post about this but nothing recently and was wondering if anyone had figured out a way yet.
How can SE overlook such a massively obvious problem for so long?
