Must say if it wasnt for this thread and the people in it my K850 would have been a hopeless case but its now my main phone im absolutely loving the mods. The K850 always had a brilliant loudspeaker but with the W980 for K850 acoustics drive its now excellent and even the headphones music quality is a lot better, the Camera with Strong's driver is a lot better, pics are now looking very natural and not washed out. This has totaly changed my opinion the K850, its now the exactly what it was meant to be, debranded it and loaded lastet Generic fw R1FA035 AND love it, not had a single restart in days. Thanx guys.

I'm using Windows Vista and every time I run the a2uploader.exe, a system message comes up saying that I don't have the permission to run this program. I tried running it as Admin but still no luck. Any ideas guys? I checked to give all permissions for the program to work too! Got no time to test it on my XP though.

just right click on the app and go the properties and give run this app as admin

"the w910 speaker performs much better with modded acoustics", just for "walkman" function, on the hf. but the speaker is sooo poor. the moding of the acoustics has no influence on speaker phone.
