Nothing serious. It's from one side of the ear speaker to the other. If it falls out, its only a bigger hole.

Yes. What I see here is Nokia is still hugely popular and they have made Windows Phone more popular than ever. I still imagine if Nokia were making Android phones they'd be bigger than Samsung again. But I prefer Windows
