also could you explain how the green SE logo isn't original? as surely if you had taken so much time and effort to have the covers sprayed you'd have put the original SE logo's from the original over onto the freshy painted covers and not poor third party copies?

Why damage brand new covers just for the sake of a badge ? The phones are less than a month old. Did'nt want to damage the origonal covers + They'll have to be changed back to their origonal housings if I take them for software upgrades with them being under warrinty as my local service centre wont touch a phone thats had the cover changed to an aftermarket.

@Mkush. If you put an aftermarket housing on your phone while in warranty a service centre has the right to refuse maintanence on your phone as is been modified. Also to check the date of manufacture of a phone, some service centres scan the barcode sticker found on the inside of the battery compartment. If it's missing they can charge for any work carried out.

Exactly the same when you buy a new car.
