@brix25, Summary: some police guyz dealt wit a soldier and the Army equally returned vengence. Here in Nigeria, it's a normal phenomena to despise the police.

I think it's rather a worldwide phenomenon.The Nigerian police is only a bit more brutal.It baffles me tht d police boss says it is a minor dispute.MINOR with 3 lives lost,a police statn burnt down,about 20 cars razd & police armory lootd.

IMO, the soldiers were just too high-handed to go to the lengths they did. Regardless of what may have transpired between their colleague and policemen, it didn't warrant burning down a police station and cars. They even set free 20 suspected criminals. The most embarrasing act was beating up the police PRO in the presence of journalists.
Why can't our military (the police inclusive) borrow a leaf from the discipline and restraint exhibited by the Isreali security forces during the withdrawal from occupied territory?
@Angel: I suggest you stick with cable, you can't go wrong. Preferably, get the serial cable.
