expansys dates keeps changing for thier P990's.
its gone from the 10th,to the 11th, and now the 12th!
whats the bets its gonna change again!

Having spoken to an online retailer (UK) I believe we will know later today if the P990s will appear tomorrow for dispatch - I think some retailers may get them before Expansys. I will post an update later this evening after I have spoken to two/three retailers

No physical. Turns out that images made by the camera write headers before actual header block in the image, killing any thumbnail creation through php
. Going to have to make a fix of that by making a function to remove that crap before the header. Don't worry, this is nothing big, some canon cameras had the same problems.
Message returned was:
gd-jpeg, libjpeg: recoverable error: Corrupt JPEG data: 7 extraneous bytes before marker 0xd9
So i just have to find that marker and remove any bites before

eXpansys is really starting to piss me off. The 12th is a Saturday... I doubt deliveries will take place then. the earliest will be Monday then; on Monday the date will have changed for so sure!!! Oh man... I know we are close, but this is really annoying!

indeed CPW told me they'll probably have the M600 same day as the P990 and the reason given was that neither firmware tested successfully with several carriers
its strange why they won't sell sim free before then though

Yes, the o2 date for the p990 is official! I work for o2 and have had the news direct from a Head Office Sales Team colleague.
