Sorry guys is following a K850 vs. K750 comparison. AGAIN
Why?
Let you know, that I want to say, more than anyone, that I have the best cameraphone at the moment, or the one of the best cameraphones, or at least that I own a good cameraphone. But, sadly, I can't say. I need a cameraphone to capture 24/24h of the day 7/7 day of the week every moment, when my camera is at home. I use my K850, and I'm thinking about more ad more that is this the right choise? I have a K750 too on the shelf, and I think would be better to use it. I would be the most happy man, if I could say, that the K850 makes as good pictures as the k750. I don't expect even the worse Cyber-shot quality -hovever, it wouldn't be exaggeration from a ""Cyber-shot phone"", but I know that's just a phone. I am expecting honestly to win the K850 in general agaisnt the K750, but i think it's just a dream.

Here are the pictures, and some 100% crops too. NO xenon, no leds, the same conditions, the same place, all the pictures are shot with timer.
With the K750 honestly is the first picture shot in these conditions, with the K850 is about after 10 shots in these conditions, and I think these are the very best results, and I couldn't make better even I would shot untill the morning. And, the pictures from K850 are shot just at 3mp, and the 100% crops are looking crappy, at 5 mp I don't know what kind of details would I get, but surely it would be worse.
And sadly I think there is no way to get in these conditions in this place better results, details, textures or sharpness from the K850. However i would be glad if K850 would produce better pics, which would be better just than a 2mp picture shot by a K750.

So I am waiting to improve the software, or to rewrite the whole image processing part of it. I don't know that the hardvare is crappy, or the software is written by an unprofessional lunk, but the K850's camera don't satisfies me in this moment. Even the best pictures shot by plank in this size (how we can see here) shows the "explosion effect" in the details. So I am just waiting a new sofware with a brand new image processing, and at least acceptable pictures by K850 in EVERY CONDITIONS.

Here are the pictures. No comment.
K750

100% crops

K850 auto mode

100% crops

K850 document mode

100% crops

And... the focusing is good.

I agree, Plank - I respect your steadfast K850i views, and somewhat impressive photographs, but DonJuan is right...

That is true... i have a son too... and this is not fell right for me, this is strange to see.

Anyway, here one shot a red object (poor light ambient) with N82

k850 flash produce better colours and better red colours then N82 in macro,..............if you compare the red color on the pen against the other picture, the pen have more natural red. N82 red is more shiny.

agreed mostly, but N82 's red is more lively and not dumb like k850's due to different color algorithm each phone has.

yes maybe so masada. but still, k850 flash produce a more thick, natural red color

original pic.
(ps. the red color of this object, have this nuance).

nice colours plank..although i have both phones,i wish my k850 can produce such colours like your pics, because i like better the design and shape of k850 instead of my N82...But..you see i am still stuck with 031 firm, which cannot produce such lively colours as your pics.no matter how many times i tried to upgrade through seus, its telling me that i got the latest update!!

this 2 pic have 100% original colours. just let the light/(sun) do your job, (if you understand what i mean). cell phones "needs" optimal lightness for good quality.

original Vs Photo dj.......(original looks more natural i think). (but photo dj looks more cool...he he)

bright sunshine is NOT optimal lightness for pictures. thats one of the biggest faults people do when they take pics with cell phones
