How stable is the P990i so fa? Any dreadfull, SE white 'screens of death'? The P990i was delayed because of stability problems. I hope they are sorted all out by now. I will be happy if is as stable as the Tytn (WM5). We already heard that the business card scanner is more of a jocke then usefull. (unless one is prepared to fiddle around with the settings and try a few times). Any other weak points? Is the videocam 30fps? Does the video look anywhere near the quality of N93? And what about the picture quality? Greetings from South Africa. Mario

A simple question to all owners of the P990: How is the one handed manipulation of the phone? Is it possible to send SMS, browse the calendar and view missed calls? Thanks for any answers

indeed CPW told me they'll probably have the M600 same day as the P990 and the reason given was that neither firmware tested successfully with several carriers
its strange why they won't sell sim free before then though
I guess I have a little dilema, I am contracted with O2 through CPW, I am also due for an upgrade now, I have been waiting for the P990i to be released to upgrade to, should I just cancel my contract and start up a new one or upgrade?
Want one so bad, but I'm thinking the testing of the phone is all in the users interest, so maybe the wait is worth it, rather a working handset in a few more weeks, rather than a bug ridden one now.
I spank you in advance for your advice.

I had one white screen of death... But I might been responsible.

I had a lot of programs running and it took long time to start anotherone and i keept klicking.. hehe..
Mostly the program themself just hung up or quit themself. I think it have to do with the free ram but dont know.. The phone itself seems stable but the programs (like the browser) could handle it better... maby we'll see some impovment in the next firmware.
The video is 30fps... Quality is ok but "only" 320x240. The quality of the stillpictures is super. (Change the settings to fine.)
The weakest point so far I think is the quick drop of free ram. By just klicking around a few minutes and opening and closing a few program the free ram drops from around 15mb when just started to under 10mb.
Answer to another Q:
It's no problem to send sms, browse calender and view missed call with it handheld... at least not while the flip is still on.
