a friend of mine works for HP and they give out laptops at discounted rates.. he can (apparently) buy 2 hp products at a 60% discount due to christmas and he buying himself the hp treo (afaik). Am trying to coax him into getting me a laptop !!
do u kno of any cheap deals?

i will be getting a compaq next month. Actually, I'm getting two, one for me and one for a friend of mine... any chance of a similar discount for us

hmm...afaik hp gives out refurbished products @ discounted prices to employees...mind you..it doesnt mean theres anything wrong with the productor its old...but @ a 60% discount..its a steal..especially the treo
