@Angel: dont give up, you could install a second com port instead of USB, that way you'd still use your serial mouse.
@Aya: I would like to say I told you so, but I can see that you're already in pain, so I'll have mercy. Its not so much the loss of service thats annoying, its the attitude of the personnel at the starcomms office. They just believe they are all-knowing. That is why I prefer to stay away from the market leaders in every field, they are always full of themselves. Take heart buddy. =))
