@all it seems airtel's got wind of our free gprs trick. Now instead of firewalling sites they're blocking browsers depending on the user agent. For eg,i cant access any sites thru ie or firefox on pc,but can sure freely on the phone thru the default browser-even opera mobile fails sometimes,er most of the times

Regarding client,only decision you have to make is whether u can use a java based client or not.
java based client tend to be a resource hog.but if u dont do anything else (that requires resources),its allright.
