Even if its not from CEPP, i can do a simple phone call and they will do it for you (for free).

There are the overshadowing MAJOR problem with the camera being rubbish as I and LOTS and LOTS of others have pointed out and documented so many many times now.
This is especially problematic because of this particular model being advertised as the king of cameraphones. This is not a lowend W model, but the top of the line K model.
There are several other problems mentioned again and again - I dont care to have to repeat them all again.
There are the very MAJOR problem with SE completely ignoring their customers who paid money for this rubbish phone, leaving everyone waiting forever on firmware that does not get released, and when/if they eventually will get released propably will not make any major difference anyways, cause basically its most likely not a softwareproblem but choise of poor hardware thats causing the problems.

Just tried SEUS - No Update yet. Will it be available to all networks as well as unbranded phones when it is released? or to a specific network first?
Im getting stressed here - IF you are to, then I suggest you make yourself a nice cup of tea (PG Tips obviously) and sit down and play a nice, relaxing game....such as unreal Tournament or World of Warcraft.
Has anyone here seen the Finale yet? IS this going to be the last episode? I mean season 3 cant be finished already can it? only 13 episodes.....just like Heroes....###EDIT:

Are you SURE they are ignoring their customers? that does not sound like what a multi-million pound organisation would do, otherwise they wouldnt be a muti-million pound business!
What I think is that they are trying to .. "perfect" .. the Firmware before it gets released , this way it'll keep their rep up and keep us "lot" (The customers [Consumers] ) more happy. It may take a while , but quality comes at a cost, and by that I do NOT mean currency but rather time in this case.
Goodbye - Ill be back when the new FW is released to say "YAY the FW is released!".

I believe that new firmwares can bring new features, better performance, resolve minor bug. I also believe they don't have to correct major bugs such: flash sync, battery length, media player.
Here, in Italy, the price for K850i is about 370€ branded, 450€ unbranded. It's not a cheap phone, so I expect a working phone as soon as I buy it.
Sony Ericsson sent the K850 on the market with an immature, non stable firmware and, in my opionion, this is not acceptable.

The firmware will be released for unbranded phones... if it's available for all networks depends on the providers, if they approve the firmware or not.

@hragsarkissian If you can call them and ask them if they have this famous FW upgrade from EMMA and not 038/039 why not!
Also I am afraid it's a beta test version because it's not normal that since friday they didn't transfer it to SEUS

of course... cause accordning to
support all there models are perfect and with no faults what so ever, then they don't need any firmware upgrades
often the servicepoints have more knowledge about firmware releases then
support
