Someone said way back that Sofia was no more than a step from the K800i with a larger screen.

Really the rumors and facts will come eventually, there isn't a rush is there?

Again I'll ask if Faye, the walkman to be released in Q2, is the W660 also being released Q2? I'm asking so the first post can be cleaned up a little. Of course a W500 wouldn't be bad either.

they keep coming back cuz i keep posting that one, its tight, but this thin client is ugly, no hsdpa is sketch, real sketch, i wanted superfast connection with my laptop! im slightly appalled that the closer we get to the end of the year (cant say release cuz i dont know if each day they push it back one day) sofia gets less and less high end, and if its a step from the k800 then why am i waiting, and why are they being so quiet, so the 5 ppl that will buy the phone dont ??? like i said earlier something in this puzzle doesnt make sense.

Hey guys - get a grip!

Just be patient. I knew a guy some time ago who was working as a contractor for SE. He was testing phones for them. It's a long process to put the phone into production. So even if it has a final desing and functionality it requires testing which has to be done at least good to put the phone to mass production.

Maybe for killing some time, we can write down our guesses for sophia functionality and we will see who was closest to the real specs.

Of course - we have to be realistic

if as on the first page it says that the sofia (dont even know the model name) is supposed to ship on the week beginning on the 9th of april, there would be some sort of FCC testing after SE has completed theirs.

i think that sofia doesnt exist and that the k810 was what we were looking for ... or not.

Is the 'shipping date' the same as the release date? If not, what's the usual lead time from shipping to in-store and ready to roll? I'm just wondering if using lead times, and the idea that this year announcement to release date has been about a month, we can forwards and then backwards to an approximate announcement date for Sofia. I just want to know how ugly she is. I think this year ugly is beautiful (or at least think so), there is evidence in that one of the top shows on tv at the minute is Ugly Betty.
