@etaab

Yes, a CeBIT representative. They all had a printed leaflet for internal use. I asked for this data because it was not found in the CeBIT product catalog, and the rep had to look it up.

I'll believe it when i see it then regarding QVGA video recording resolution.

Even the whitepaper states its only QCIF, which i value more than the morons at CeBit who are probably employed as temps anyway, and probably have no idea about the products they're showcasing.

Don't hold back etaab, what do you really think of them?

But yeah likewise i'd tend to believe the whitepaper as well. Who knows, we may all get a surprise.

@etaab

I wouldn't call everyone at CeBIT for morons. Did you talk to them all? True that a bunch of temporary employees not knew every aspect of their dedicated model, but neither did the folks from Lund. That's why had printed this small leaflet so they could look up the silly questions I asked them. The guy who demonstrated the P990 for me knew what he was talking about.

As much as I wish the video res is qvga, its hard to believe SE would change it now. Plus, all the pics and vids we've seen show k800's qvga screen recording video with the video capture done small in the middle.

If it's really QVGA video recording, with acceptable speed, then this will be the worthy upgrade I've been waiting for.
