I know, a bit of a shame but hey, its subtle really and atleast the buttons arent changed like voda ones. Saw a guy with a voda one round his neck at CPW (up at Monks Cross) and it looked a lot worse than the O2 one in my hand!

So is the phone really as all the hype leading up to the release or is there a few annoying things about it??

If so, what are they?

Well I found the o2 firmware had a bug. Turn the phone off and it just continually plays the goodbye screen until you take the battery out. But the firmware is fine, no bugs. Camera is a lot better than I thought it would be, not such a big deal (I found the K800 camera not to be that great, especially night time shots). Great build quality. Buttons are great, take a days use to get used to. First charge has lasted me 2 full days (currently trying to run it down for a recharge). Walkman 2 is great. Looks much better. Trackid works everytime. Overall I am very pleased with the phone. I dont think that any other phone takes my fancy now (which is amazing for me!). I had the W810, great phone, got the K800, good, but not quite as good as I had hoped for - poor lens cover, and now this. It is what I have been wanting. Will be getting a 4GB mem stick for my bday next week. All my mates think it looks and feels great.

Only a couple of improvements in my eyes, slide close to end call, slide tones and er er er thats it!

Oh and the application as a wallpaper is mint too!

Right now, my pet peeves are:
- getting album art to show...
- pressing the back key in the walkman app doesn't take you to the main Walkman menu...
- erm... that's it... for now...

thanks fellas. thats great. be debating this or the w810i. Camera not a huge issue for me as long as it takes half decent photos but i love my music.
I travel alot and was thinking about getting the SE MDS-60 sound system with it. I read somewhere that the sound quality is really good through the speakers as it is. Is it good enough to leave on a table in a hotel with loud and clear music quality??

hehe had mine now for a week and some things bugs me, like the built in game juiced (this is a minor thing but bugs me) i cant shift gear in some level. dunno why.
dont know how to use album covers in walkman. slider sounds would have been cool, the manual is pretty weak, whats wallpaper application?
and the sports folder whats that all about?
man i think this phone has alot to give but everyone is all hung up on the cam?
please guys help me here hahaha.
converted a movie and it plays awsome almost no pixelation at all sync sound and everything.
disc2phone i cant really cope with since all my music seems to have wrong tags for it so for example i take a VA album and transfer it makes folders separate for every artist. so i just drag and drop and make playlists instead.

Anybody used their W850 with the MMC-60 music cable? I used it for the first time in the car and was greatly disaapointed at the audio output of the music coming from the W850. When I had the K750 plugged in and playing music through my car speakers, the music was pretty loud even if the volume on my car stereo wasn't at it's highest. Now I have to turn up the volume pretty high to hear anything (and the phone is already set at it's highest volume position). Anyone else encountered this?

Also, I've noticed that if the phone is open while playing music through the MMC-60 and you close the slider, the music gets even weaker. Kinda annoying.

Well got my W850i like 30 mins ago, first impressions are i love it, who cares about the cam when you have a music player as sweet as this.

Now i hear people have had trouble with AlbumArt, well if your like me and use itunes and have songs with album art in there already the W850i will display it. Just a case of adding album art to all teh songs you want, then making a new playlist with your songs, highlighting them all (ctrl+a) the pressing ctrl+r, then dragging all the songs to your memorystick easy as pie.

Gutted flash themes aint enabled, anyone recomend me how i should debrand this?

All in all though i am a very happy chappy
