O2 online shop down for "maintenance" meaning you cannot access the My Account & Online Services page. Wonder if they are going to ammend problems or just stick the 7 days for delivery back on the website for the K800i.

Got my K800i from CPW today.......
1st impression..... an excellent phone, software seems stable so far.... have played around with the camera settings and.... it takes some great pictures.... especially in the dark.... very nice.
I recommend the K800i to anyone......
Now to purchase a M2 512MB Stick.... that is the annoying part... oh well
Cheers

ENJOY
did you order it online or go in and get it?
I went into my local CPW today and the guy said they are getting them in tomorrow. They had a dummy phone which played around with for a bit

very nice feel to it.

One thing i think i've noticed is that everyone who has placed an order with o2, it is actually their online side, rather than their direct side..
am i correct in saying this.. because i don't think anyone who is o2 direct (not online) has actually being able to order the phone (under normal circumstances)

O2 branding is minimal. Only O2 theme and O2 shortcut to portal in the menu.
Managed to get mine at CPW FOC, 12 month contract for £20/month. Picked up a 512mb M2 as well. Definitely no M2 card in the box.

one good thing about o2 phones is that they keep their branding to the minimum, unlike other providers...
you say their is an o2 shortcut to the portal, have they actually changed the icon for the "web" or is is generic that just loads up the o2 portal?
thanks

I suspect that they have replaced the Play Now icon with a O2 wap link, thats what they normally do.
Is the o2 branded phones also unlocked?

suppose that isn't too bad.. i've got a fully unlocked non branded S700, and i think in the 18 months i've had it i've never used that playnow link...
normally all o2 phone are unlocked any network apart from PAYG
