sleek!

IMO the keypad would be rather hard to press with those really tiny keys

Off topic: I'm still waiting for SE to come out with a mid-end UIQ phone besides the P and M series... =(

Holy crap, that's fugly. And those keys look terrible.

Moto RIZR keeps looking better. Oh why are you pushing me away? Why couldn't you take the classic good looks of the T616 and W810 and make that thin instead?

Got mine today aswell - this is a truly amazing piece of engineering. I'm really impressed, and I've had loads of phones over the years. Of course it has it's faults, no radio, buttons are small but not that awkward at all that they appear on photos. I'd imagine only the crazy-texter would get sore fingers, for us normal text senders it's just fine.

Display is oh so crisp, size is not too small, suits the phone perfectly. Overall a light, small yet sturdy and with a weighty feel to it phone, it feels like it cost twice the money it actually does. I've never had this response at work on a phone either, EVERYONE wanted to see it, touch it and surprisingly many of the older ladies at work knew about it.

All in all - this is a huge hit - just sit back an consider that we just some year ago had UMTS-phones brick sized, this one is UMTS, with mem card, with a great display, with a great UI, with mp3 (that is as good as an iPod in terms of sound and useability), camera all in this small package...

I'm saluting Sony Ericsson on this one!

Thats exactly what soneone told me a few weeks ago. They told me that everyone who actually sees the the actual phone has a very positive reaction to it and it wins people over very easily.

Can't wait to get mine.

It's very light and so so tiny!! My only real gripe is how hard it is to get the battery and sim out, I had to use tweezers!

Uploaded a few photos, I'm not much of a photographer though I'm afraid

Barrierfreem just pointed out that the Silver version is more expensive than the black version on Expansys and on some other sites the Silver version is more expensive on contract too.

Its seems the Silver is the more exclusive version by the looks of things.

Not the best picture, but it's a W880 between a Samsung X820 and D900 (6.9mm and 12.9mm)

It's btw taken with a W880

Sorry for the bad pics.
Anyways, the w880 costs 1895aed which is 515USD while the k550 costs 975aed = 265USD. Man, they both have tiny keypads that i just don't like. well, im hoping that this new models from will get to me as time passes.
