@deshark

hi, i had the pop email problem too after installing the newest update.

just create a new pop account and delete the old one and it should work normally again, at least it worked for me...

hope this helps you,

if SE wants, yes...but forget UIQ3.1, there´s something new on the horizon

Good chance it's the backlight bug that's draining the battery, there's a solution, read here:

hi to you all,
seems like a lot of you are online today... nice to see...

a couple of questions for you...

1. has anyone found or heard of a solution for the alarm bug apart from using handy clock (which i don't have)

2. how can i stop the calendar alarm repeating? i just want it to sound once and not keep ringing until i stop it... is this possible?

3. am i correct in thinking that when the phone is in silent, i can't hear music, film tone etc? normally silent mode just respects phone call, calendar alarm settings etc... is this treated differently on the p990i?

many thanks for your help and tips..

Guys, i already talked about it...i just say R6 will be very exciting, more than R5...only problem is that i won´t take less than 2 months

So i hope they release a patched new version of R5 with correction to the minor bugs that exist, and the not so minor alarm volume problem
