The buttons raises an interesting question actually. Usually they'd just put a different keypad in with the respective operators web logo on it (active, live, world, zones, whatever) but there is no text on the K850's buttons, so they'd have to surely change the whole fascia, or at least the bottom half of it.
Wonder if any network could be bothered!

Thanks SE-Naz, that has put my mind at rest. I'm hoping it will work with iSync so I can transfer over all my contacts like that, it's not listed on the mac compatibility list but then it is brsnd new - fingers crossed

Really looking forward to seeing the Voda branding.
Really? I'm really worried!! I just hope that the icons are OK, thers no gaudy external branding, and the buttons haven't been messed about with.....
why the hell is getting a new phone like (well, better) than christmas. Damn i'm sad.

No sorry, I meant like you do, I want to see how much they're ruined it. If it's like O2 normally does with different start up screens and backgrounds, then that's fine. If it's like they did with the K800 then I'll be walking away. And if they've fiddled with the buttons.... people might die

@SE-Naz
O2 branding is pretty minimal, just as the previous k750 & k800 i've had. Startup screen, theme and an O2 Active menu item (top left on grid).

@Plankgatan
Marble Madness works pretty much like using a PS3 Sixaxis, it will take a bit of time to get used to but it is very responsive.

She's finally arrived! I got a bit carried away with snapping photos. I'll put up a handful and if you want more I can email them to you.
When I took the box out of the bag I thought "WOW I have it in RED!!!". First bit of branding. Edit: I just realised the picture on the front is actually a green K850 not red as my initial reaction was (I'm very slightly colour blind and had to look a lot closer to realise!!)
That branding was just on the box however, the truth is I have blue.
The most obvious physical branding is on the camera side. Where it says 'Vodafone' and has their logo.
This image was a ball ache to take because my K800i kept focusing on my reflection rather than the actual subject! I had to focus to the table then snap the K850i.
I'll have more pictures of the UI once it's done it's charge cycle.
First impressions? Feels slightly on the heavy side - if I dropped it it would do some damage. Buttons feel firm and tactile, not over crowded. Already covered in fingerprints, but is still sexy as sin. Give me about 3 hours and I'll have some UI branding pics.
