There's no cradle, simply the connector.

Could be. Could also be a cancelled colour. Could also simply be the light or the post-editing.

A new colour would be great... It will upgrade the W760 line up and gain new fans probably

Ahh, I've been playing with my W760 now for a week or so and I love it. It's better than the W910, G900 and S500 I've been using the last months.
The W910 is great, but it didn't survive a salty ocean bath and I didn't want to buy an identical phone again, so I used my S500 until the G900 came to market.
The G900 is crap! I've been using P990 before and the G900 reminded me why I didn't wanted go back to UIQ/Symbian again. The SE feature phones are a lot better at normal stuff like messaging and responsiveness, so the average day usage gets a lot less painful with W760 now. Actually it quite fun average day usage with all those good games! I love "breakout" since the good old days
And with the W760 I got this speaker unit mentioned above - MAS-100. It is a great accessory at the beach (protecting the phone and has an external FM-antenna for the radio included) or at any other outdoor activity where we're having barbecue or surfing
The updated software platform really adds some extra sweeties compared to the W910 as well, like having applications as background. Sweet! I have to look up how I write my own applications that comply with the background API
On the "let down"-account for me was the weakness of the GPS (comparing to my old bluetooth GPS). It doesn't really connect to that many satellites as my old one -specially in the city
...and they are only bundling middle class handsfree set, but I've got my W910 ones and the HBH-DS980 BT headset anyway.
...and of course a 4Gb MS-card would be great, but know the initial price for the phone is less, which probably is a better way to go for SE.
Any questions for a potential buying? Let me know!
Cheers

The bundled headset was a pair of black HPM-64:

I will use my HPM-75 or my HBH-DS980 instead.

hi!
Congrats on your w760!
I'm currently using a beautiful white w910, but I am planning to get either the w760 or the w980 (a bit better camera and -in the case of w980 clamshell form I prefer it)...
Is it worth to upgrade from w910?
I mean I could use the w910 for everyday use(slimmer,2megap.) and ons of these for holidays-
Am I going to waste my money?
Thanks for listening
