Wish there where a way to clean the memory without restarting.

how do you mean 'clean'?
if you just want to close apps then use the task manager but there is no need as tasks will be closed automatically if needed

Even if I close everything in the task manager the phone still eats memory... It's at 15mb at start but after a few program starts and playing around in the meny its down to 8-9mb...
And it seems like the phone closes down the program you'r in also if it gets to little memory left...
Somhow there is a memoryloss in the OS... The only way so far to "clean" it is to restart. Hopfully they fix this in the next firmware... but until then I want a memory-sweep-program.

That is an issue about the memory of the p990i. SE must do something about it before releasing it worldwide. If SE can't fixed that,it can be compared to a WM5 in restarting it everyday..

Now, just a quick question about email management. When i check my emails if i have a message, the phone will download it. So far so good. But the mail will stay on the server meaning, if i use a webmail service to erase the aforementioned mail, next time i ll check my mail on the p990i, it will also erase the mail in my inbox in the p990i...What should i do to get the p990i to download the mails and keep em in the phone but NOT on the server at the same time?As i see it, without this option, it s more like 'synchronising' your mail rather than downloading them. I remember on my old Nokia smartphone you had the option to trash a mail from the server but keep it in the phone, Is it possible with the p990i?
