I agree. I pay a lot for my phones; I hate it when I see someone else with one.
UIQ is unheard of in the US and would never be picked up by carriers. If the P5i has the same frequency bands as the X1, I'm sold. I like being unique.

LIIINK!), but that could be just optimism). But I guess all we can really do is wait and see. Apparently there is a UIQ conference or something still to go... So anything is possible.
As yet, it is still a maybe. PK and Mizzle have both said that. But even that is better than a no right?

As i said before, the new man in charge at
has stricter policies with protos etc and huge penalties for those who get caught leaking new devices, just look at the X1, it was only shown a few minutes before the actual announcement, whereby last year the P series was leaked weeks or months before

There is a UIQ press conference starting at 1 PM. It would make sense for the presentation of SE:s first UIQ 4 device to follow upon the presentation (?) of UIQ 4.
