As I said, I don't have problems with file transfers, but I am not using W800 but K750i. So maybe this bug you are describing is W800 specific.

hi everyone i found something when u run ma3platform.exe directly from the seus2 install location (D:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Update Service) u will get the EMMA 3 login screen and u can register from that also and u get directly into the firmware update.

I use k750 and i have no troubles with transfering files from/to Phone via usb. It doesn't matter, whether i copy one/two files which have large size, or copy a lot of files with a small size.

Yes, just to let others know, I have W800i Hong Kong version with R1AA008 updated @ the Service Center and also have this bug. I have a 1 Gig Memory stick (Sandisk Ultra II)and I can 100% reproduce this error when I copy 200Mb+ data (mp3s and pictures) from the phone's memory stick to the PC and not the other way around. Anyways, here are the info and I hope it helps others diagnose the problem as well.
