there's one more thing i have come across.
the video player doesnt go into standby mode when you are using your handsfree or earphones.
thats not the case without the earphones. i saw a half hour video without any problem at all.
i doubt seus will let us upgrade the erom "in case" that happens.
otherwise the phone is pretty much bug free.

and now i'm having backlight issues
It doesn't save to the setting you want so when the phone auto key-locks it goes back to the lowest setting AND the keyboard backlights don't light up when you unlock the phone!
grrrr
sometimes the backlight doesn't even turn on so i have to hold the phone up to a really bright light just to see what's on the screen... SO ANGRY!
i tried several times to re update on SEUS but it keeps failing at 98% hence why i think the backlight is screwed due to an incomplete update!!!

It's a common problem with SEUS now that it stops updating the phone at 98% stage. The best way is reflash it at a Service Centre or do it yourself via Wotan Server.

I used the original SEUS and made everything like the directions of the software.
I forgot this...
The phone now contains ONLY english language, but many writing language.

i THINK the reason it doesn't complete is because the file it downloads is corrupt.
the fix?
uninstall SE update from computer. re-install. re-download and re-flash (i made sure i had nothing else downloading at the time) and it completed to 100%!!!

phone's back to normal, i'm a happy boy!
it's all good!!!

What is your CDA? Please post the detail. Press joystick right, *, joystick left two times, *, joystick left and * , and post your software info in details. I want to know your Customisation info. There might be some issues regarding just one language installed.
