when I installed the apks on my neo v, it had a throbbing animation effect on the launcher icon but not on the arc. later I factory reset the neo V nd installed the apks again and this time there was no throbbing effect on the neo V too.
can anybody tell me how to activate it?

My phones looks quite different and a lot better after installing these apps. Pity they can't do anything about the Camera on my XPLAY, it's the crappy stock Android one.

How good quality video can the Arc (S) handle?
in mp4, h.264 and ffmpeg?
I am thinking max bitrate for video/audio.
