Makes me wana sell my ipad right away for that! Never been this excited by sony recently! I hope the specs are something as awesome as it looks!

Definitely want one, I'm happy for it to be Atom and chances are it will be. It looks extremely thin for a device with a keyboard, and having an Atom would allow it be reasonably priced and good battery life.

Anybody know when we'll catch a glimpse of a 2GB RAM handset from Sony? Maybe in Rog's "couple" of weeks?

Also does anyone know if we're likely to see a continuation of this 'arc' theme design next year? I think I read someone say somewhere that next year's devices aren't as pretty as this year's..

^^ That Xperia Nexus mockup made my heart beat faster.

Regarding the Nexus phones, I can't see them being announced soon. Nexus devices usually get announced along with a new Android version. Most recently Nexus 7 with JB. I dont know bout others, but I cant see this changing?

Wait a minute, the various rumours regarding the nexus devices have all stated 5 nexus devices 1 from Sony. If we go back to the beginning of the Nexus timeline we have:

1. Nexus One
2. Nexus S
3. Galaxy Nexus
4. Nexus 7
5. ... Xperia S given the 'Nexus' style AOSP android treatment in an experiment

Could that be it? As we're not expecting a new android version for a while yet.

i thought LT30 = Xperia TX?

LT29 should be Xperia T?

That Xperia Nexus looks slick. I love the silver band at the bottom. Otherwise, it looks just like the GX.

I think that is supposed to be a transparent strip like the Xperia S

that would be even better especially if the LEDs were customizable for notifications and also for visual effects for music. how awesome would that be?

Not all sources indicated Sony as one of these 5 Nexus's makers, + what you gave us are the previous Nexus, and the 5 Nexus's we're talking about are NEW ones... there's some leaks around regarding an updated version of Galaxy Nexus with higher clocked CPU, 8MP camera ( compared to 5MP in the original ) and a microSD memory slot... some sources indicated that there's a high chance that one of the Nexus's might come from a chinese company...

Regarding the Xperia S having AOSP treatment, this is not a NEXUS phone, it's just some nexus treatment maybe just to test Sony's platform for the AOSP... Xperia S while it's new, but it's hardware is not specially when S4 based devices are already in the market ( One S )...

AFAIK, LT30 is Xperia T and LT29 is Xperia TX ( the international version of Xperia GX ) thought the GX name looks better than TX

about that picture, it's just a concept.. nothing more... thought I hope it's comes to live, not exactly as the pics above but very similiar, I mean same hardware and design but including the light bar.. thought it might becomes longer... having an S4 Pro + higher battery capacity will be perfect as a Nexus it will be a hit

This is OT but I figured I would ask. Long ago I had read that Sony was working on next gen lithium ion batteries that could hold 50% or more juice than current batteries. Anyone heard anything about these efforts?
